Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Albion, Michigan. This role will involve a variety of administrative duties within the telecom industry, including calendar scheduling, customer service, and preparing board packets.

Responsibilities: • Manage office schedules and calendars to ensure smooth operations • Serve as a liaison between the office and clients, providing necessary administrative support • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and building strong relationships • Create and manage word documents for office use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Prepare comprehensive packets for meetings and events • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks • Engage with clients professionally, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are handled promptly.

  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong client engagement skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager role or similar is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience in managing office budgets and expenses.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education degree is a plus.
