QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or Diploma qualification, preferably in mass communications
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Comms and marketing experience would be an advantage

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, with a strong attention to details
  • Good proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, both independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and ensuring that CEO is informed of upcoming commitments. Screen and prioritize incoming requests, inquiries, and visitors, and managing access to CEO’s time.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, both internally and externally. This involves arranging logistics, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items as well as collating monthly reports and management presentations.
  • Assist in all correspondences, contracts, speeches, and presentations for events (eg, Townhall, webinar sessions, conferences, etc). This may involve drafting and editing documents, letters, and reports as well as slides presentation. There may be a requirement to join CEO for meetings.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and business partners, on behalf of CEO.
  • Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries. Ensuring that travel plans align with the CEO’s schedule and preferences.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • To support Comms in marketing and communications programmes/events.
  • Assisting with various projects and initiatives, which may involve research, data analysis, and preparing presentations or reports.
