Kenbury is pleased to be retained in the search for one of Australia’s fastest growing Consulting firms in the appointment of an Executive Director , ESG. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding consulting firm committed to driving the transition to a net-zero future. The firm specialises in providing strategic guidance to clients across both Public & Private sector, assisting them in navigating the complexities of sustainable transformation.
Role Overview
As an Executive Director, you will play a key leadership and client-focused role within the organisation, driving the growth and success of the firm’s ESG Advisory service line.. You will be responsible for originating and developing client relationships, leading strategic engagements, and providing thought leadership in the ESG space.
Key Responsibilities:
Origination of new business opportunities and ongoing management of client relationships
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives in the realm of ESG.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions.
Lead and manage a team of professionals dedicated to ESG consulting, providing mentorship and guidance.
Ensure effective collaboration and coordination within the team to deliver comprehensive ESG solutions.
Conduct thorough physical and transitional risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for clients.
Develop and implement climate change resilience plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Candidate profile:
10+ years experience working within a Consulting environment and specifically within ESG/Sustainability
A proven track record of originating new business within the sector
Experience in building and developing teams within ESG
