SALARY RANGE:

Salary range for the position is $165,865 to $248,798. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a CPA accounting designation, supplemented by a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business or healthcare administration.
  • A minimum of ten years of progressive management experience working in a large, complex environment, including experience in leading budgeting processes across an organization and ensuring that they are done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Experience in both public and private sector organizations with multi-site operations is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to make presentations to groups.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to facilitate, negotiate, and persuade others both internal and external to the organization, often in stressful environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize information and manage complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to be effective in an environment subject to continuous change.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of complex computerized systems and National MIS Standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of current healthcare issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively problem-solve with a global perspective in order to incorporate the organization’s systems and strategies when developing viable solutions to problems.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
