Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Credit Resolution Specialist for their Commercial Real Estate team in Charlotte, NC office. The Executive Director will be responsible for managing a criticized or classified asset portfolio of credits and products, which includes assessing risk, restructuring and renegotiating deteriorating or distressed credits, and underwriting renewed or restructured credit deals.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Credit Resolution
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or enterprise-wide strategies
  • Leverage solid understanding of Credit Resolution functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
