Are you keen to advise corporate clients on their financing strategy while working in a professional cross border
team that is strongly connected with banks, clients and advisors? In the Syndicated Loan Origination team we
are looking for a new colleague to represent our growing franchise in Frankfurt. You will be responsible for the
origination, structuring, and execution of syndicated loans, club deals and event-driven transactions for our
clients in the DACH region. We work across Europe and various sectors, out of our offices in Amsterdam,
London and Frankfurt.
Syndicated Loan Origination is part of the Financing Solutions (”FS”) unit of ABN AMRO’s Corporate Banking
business line. All lending products and expertise are clustered in this FS product unit. We are responsible for
the structuring of a variety of lending products for all sectors and segments. These activities are executed in the
following FS departments: Lending, Corporate Investments and Specialised & Syndicated Lending, the latter
includes Syndicated Loan Origination, Leveraged Finance, Export Finance, Project Finance and FI Lending).
The role of Executive Director within Syndicated Loan Origination will be positioned in the FS unit in Frankfurt.
You have a functional reporting line to the Managing Director, Head of Syndicated Loan Origination in
Amsterdam.
