Join our People, Communication & Workplaces enabling division that provides human resources services, communication, workplace services and intergovernmental services including government relations, ministerial and parliamentary services. We’re building an authentic organisational culture where everyone feels empowered to make a real difference to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, People, Communication & Workplaces, you will be an integral part of our newly established Division Leadership Team. In this critical role you will provide leadership to implement strategies to create workplaces where our people can thrive. You will be accountable for Transport for NSW accommodation and workplace strategies, priorities and budgets across regional NSW and metropolitan areas and provide best practice advice for the delivery of large-scale Workplace programs of work across a diverse statewide portfolio. You will use your understanding of current and future property needs to develop programs to design, fit out and improve workplaces, while driving Transport’s property and Workplace strategies, and the workplace experience through site operations and facilities management. The role requires a strong understanding of how operational workforces deliver their services.
You will also be accountable for the strategic leadership and direction of the Transport for NSW accommodation planning and investment strategies and priorities across regional NSW and metropolitan areas.
This is a full-time ongoing Transport Senior Service Executive TSSE2A level role offering an attractive remuneration package.
