Responsibilities:
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, including CAPEX, and liaise with operation to resolve outstanding issues
- Provide accounting support to sales/operations team
- Manage and perform month-end / year end financial closing activities, including preparing journals
- Review monthly financials, analysing and investigating unusual variances / trends
- Preparation of group / statutory reporting materials including but not limited, financial reporting to group finance, tax reporting package to group tax, quarterly GST reports to IRAS, XBRL filing of audited financial statements with ACRA
- Identify process improvement opportunities for implementation
- Participate in new system implementation and business initiatives
- Assist with ad-hoc duties when assigned
