    As a key member of the executive team, you will report directly to the CEO. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in senior HR leadership roles, particularly in guiding large teams. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in enhancing business performance through the development of people, fostering a strong culture, and building essential capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Implement leadership development programs to cultivate talent within the HR team and wider business.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to attract top talent
  • Create retention programs to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Develop and promote the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain skilled professionals.
  • Utilise HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
