You are

You will

  • Benefit from professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy
  • Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests)
  • Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
  • Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering).
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees)
  • Anticipate and respond to different customer needs and requirements
  • Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy
  • Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements and place orders with the stock and supply manager.
  • Check that work is carried out to Club Med’s high quality standards.
  • Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
  • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives, and support them in their development.
