The iNUA Hotel Collection is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new Voco Hotel in Belfast! As part of this exciting new venture, we are searching for a passionate and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience working within a branded hotel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations within the hotel. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective housekeeping procedures to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of housekeeping staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations, including room scheduling, linen management, and inventory control.
- Ensure all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to within the housekeeping department.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
