Executive, HR (Nearest MRT: Aljunied)

This supporting role, acting as a Human Resource Business Partner, is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects within the HR function, providing support as the “first-to-go-to-person” on HR/Admin related services

Brief Functions

• Link between HR and retail boutiques
• Advise and support managers on HR issues
• Work closely with boutique management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Provide support in establishing all compliance policies and framework
• Provide support in Learning and Development
• Provide support in Performance Management System
• Assist in administering employee life cycle needs
• Provide support in other HR & Admin functions
• Any other matter as requested by the Manager

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Qualification
Degree in HR Management or equivalent

Pre-requisites

• Conversant in English, both spoken & written
• Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Must have the “Can do!” attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player
