JOB DESCRIPTION·

HR Executive (Specialised in Talent Placement)

Contract Position

  • Lead an end-to-end recruitment process. Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for Job positions across the organisation
  • Develop job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms if necessary
  • Use various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, providing feedback and guidance to both parties.
  • Performing background, reference checks, coordinate pre-employment medical checks
  • Negotiate salary and finalise offers of employment and manage candidate’s client expectations
  • Prepare Salary proposals, ensuring internal parity and adherence to the organisation’s salary structure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Identifying process improvements and managing stakeholders’ expectations
  • Ensure candidate and hiring manager have a great experience through frequent updates and communication
  • Candidate Management and database management - continually update information for each candidate and store their resumes in the company database; update resumes and records for more efficient information storage. Providing weekly recruitment report to the Manager
  • Deliver results in line with KPIs and team goals
  • Assist in providing regular and relevant HR reports, including updating and maintaining employment status and similar records.
  • Assist in various HR projects and any other Ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Able to participate in SINDA-wide events when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house recruiting team with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong application knowledge of the Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines and keeping up with the recent trends in HR practices
  • Experience in cold calling, primary research and using various methods such as offline and social media is highly advantageous for this role
  • Experience managing and prioritising multiple searches
  • Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement; Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates
  • Knowledge of best practices for searching and sourcing applicants via Job Portals, referrals, and other channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates.
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexible
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Experience recruiting hard-to-fill programme executive roles in Social Service Agencies would be a plus
  • Self-driven with demonstrated Ability to multi-task and manage tight timelines
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills would be a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail in executing sourcing processes
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player yet able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure

Qualification & Certification: ·

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
  • Certification in Data Analytics (Power BI or Advance Excel) is advantageous to this role
