Description:

Fresh Diploma grad with no exp: $15 Diploma with > 2 years experience: $16 Fresh Degree grad with no exp : $17 Degree with > 2 years experience: $18 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: City Hall Contract Period: 6 + 6 months contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle function of payroll operations/administration including (but not limited to) the preparation of data for processing in payroll system and the checking of payment reports;
  • Manage day-to-day payroll and claims matters, billings and related issues;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll and billings related matters;
  • Support team in other areas such as Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management; andAssist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource, Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or Mathematics is preferred
  • Past experience in payroll operations/administration or Compensation & Benefits will be an advantage
  • Possess good IT savviness and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Past experience with using SAP-based system will be a plus.Have good writing skills.
