To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an IT Executive

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum a Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1 years of relevant experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Knowledge and hands on experience in the following will be required:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• SQL and/or RDBMS Scripting
• HTML/PHP/Laravel
• Knowledge or basic understanding in the following will be an advantage:
• Power BI and/or Reporting Services

• Provide level 1 technical support and helpdesk service to staff/end users on PC’s hardware, software and application and other IT related requests
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of functional areas in system
• Design and plan for system process flow and database structure
• Create, update and maintain IT documentations as and when required
• Work with external vendors (including but not limited to consultants, equipment suppliers, and service providers) to deliver services and projects
• Collaborate with internal user to identify user requirements, assess available technologies and recommend solution
• Research and identify appropriate tools, resources and interventions to support process changes
• Responsible for any other IT duties that may be assigned
