Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs specifically for logistics professionals.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute training initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive learning initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the logistics industry.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to the specific needs of logistics professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and operations teams, to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible for logistics professionals.
  • Coordinate and organize employee development events, including conferences and workshops, to foster a culture of learning and growth.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes and tools to support employee development and career progression.
