THE OPPORTUNITY

As a seasoned legal assistant, you are looking for the “next step.” An opportunity to show case your skills and take your legal support career to the next level. This Executive Assistant role is the pinnacle of all legal assistant positions and will allow you to grow and develop at this global from, in a boutique setting. With offices across the USA, Asia and Australia, you will be exposed to large transactions and global clients, have access and support to these offices, whilst working in the Melbourne office, being a significant member of the small and tightknit team.

The role will see you supporting 2 Partners, 1 Senior Associate and the International Marketing & Business Development Director. With a varied workload, spanning from legal support operations and marketing support, your day-to-day duties will include (however not restricted to):

  • Diary management for all team members
  • Document management, including drafting, formatting and proofreading legal documents
  • General correspondence
  • Litigation preparation and preparation of court books
  • Billing
  • File management
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • General legal research
  • General administration duties as required

Responsibilities:
