Description:

• Supporting the Assistant Manager in reviewing existing processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Documentation of processes and work closely with Logistics operation to implement new processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues / complaints and provide recommendations and implementation plan.
• Deep understanding of existing Production Organization Procedures (POP) and update to ensure relevance.
• Prepare operational reports and trend analysis such as incoming and outgoing shipment (Forecast & Actual-GR/GI – by POA & ARC vendor), shipping by incoterm, inventory reports, month-on-month stock count discrepancy report.
• Support KPI tracking by monitoring and assessing service level from 3PL and/ service providers.
• Provide recommendations to achieve cost optimization. Example analyse freight forwarder’s invoices.
• Responsible to raise ITSM for creation and maintenance of storage location (sloc) codes in SAP.
• Develop and carry out improvement projects to achieve operational efficiency.
