The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 2,500 team members.
The role is responsible for overseeing the timely and efficient shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. He/she manages the coordination of shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, and maintain accurate shipment records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoice, packing list, B/L etc and maintain shipments records.
  • Processing of import and export customs permits for warehouse goods.
  • Track the status of shipments and communicate updates to customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers regarding shipping inquiries, delivery status, and related matters.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse on all shipping matters.
  • Address any delays, damages, or other issues that arise during the shipping process, working to find solutions and minimize impact on customers.
  • Ensure that all shipping activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
