Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the right hand to the Head of ESE (Endoscopy Solutions Ecosystem) and provide comprehensive support, preparation, consultation, and education on organizational sentiments, decisions, and discussions to foster informed decision-making
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to the Head of ESE on a wide range of business and operational matters within a diverse, global setup, navigating various cultures and time zones
  • Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities and special projects assigned by the Head of ESE, demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing evolving business needs
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making processes independently, utilizing strong analytical and research skills to drive recommendations and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategy& Partnerships Team and the Transformation Office to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and synergized
  • Coordinate communication channels between the Head of ESE, global headquarters, EMEA headquarters, and regional stakeholders, fostering effective dialogue
  • Organize and facilitate communication efforts between the Head of ESE, global headquarters, EMEA headquarters, and regional stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the Head of ESE and senior leadership, fostering effective communication and alignment of priorities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects on behalf of the Head of ESE, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across local, regional, and global teams
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement within the ESE division, and aligning and handover to the ESE transformation office for continuous improvement
  • Represent the Head of ESE in meetings and engagements as needed, articulating key messages and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Your qualification

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Science, ideally with a focus on medical technology
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a leading international Strategy Consultancy with exposure to multinational project settings
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a leading international Strategy Consultancy with exposure to multinational project settings
  • Professional experience in MedTech, Life Science, or Pharma industries
  • Exceptional experience in project management, including interfacing with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, along with exceptional conceptual abilities
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
  • Organized and methodological working style with excellent time management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% is required
