The Performance Reporting team is responsible for partnering with the Bankwest and CBA leadership team, supporting with preparation and analysis of financial information. This covers actual results as well as planning and forecasting.
The team adds value to the Group by:
- Financial & performance reporting
- End-to-end planning & forecasting
- Financial control and governance

The Executive Manager, Bankwest Finance has several key areas of responsibility:
- Business performance and management reporting focused on insights and driving effective decision making
- Planning and forecasting focused on accuracy and identification of value creation across the group
- Being a trusted business partner through providing valued advice that drives business performance
- Leading and driving cross functional initiatives that support the group and FS strategic objectives as well as leading productivity across FS and business partners
- Maintaining best practice business partnering capability to maximise the strategic and financial impact of project resourcing, business prioritisation and capital utilisation.
- Own and lead strong financial control, governance, and risk management disciplines across the team to ensure the business “makes money safely”
- Working collaboratively across BW and RBS to build and sustain a high-performance team and culture
This role reports into the General Manager, Bankwest Finance
We’re interested in hearing from people who possess
- 5+ years experience driving the financial performance of a relevant product/distribution business is essential, financial services in banking will be highlight regarded
- Capability to synthesise large volumes of data to draw out simple and succinct insights that can support better business conversations and outcomes
- Proven ability to manage and present to stakeholders
- Ability to understand and connect product, segment, and channel offerings to customers across multiple business units
- People management experience with a passion to build exceptional teams
- Post graduate qualification in finance/ accounting preferred
