Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Due to ongoing success and growth, we are looking for an exceptional leader for our Private Banking team. As the Executive Manager for Client Acquisition, you will lead a top-performing group of Bankers dedicated to acquiring new clients. Your role will be to set and execute acquisition strategies for your state. You will collaborate with State leadership and dedicated national Executive Manager Sector Leads to identify opportunities within your region. Ideally, this role will be based in Melbourne.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE.

  • Demonstrated leadership, and dedication to coaching an already high-performance team toward outstanding customer focus, risk assessment, and credit expertise.
  • Impressive business acumen, including a thorough knowledge of credit, risk, Wealth Management and broad exposure to products and services.
  • Extensive expertise in the high and ultra-high net-worth market, coupled with a deep understanding of Private Banking.
  • Ability to instil confidence in the team, believing in their abilities and fostering trust in organisational direction through assured leadership.
  • Robust strategic acumen, bolstered by skilled negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Preferably a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce.
