Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a result of continued success and growth, we are seeking a standout leader for our Private Banking team. As the Executive Manager for the health sector, you will drive growth of Commonwealth Private by acquiring new clients and implementing tailored strategies. You will collaborate with local Executive Managers and Acquisition Bankers to execute the national health sector strategy in respective geographies. Ideally Sydney-based, with Melbourne or Brisbane as alternative locations for the right fit.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE.

  • Extensive finance experience within the health sector.
  • Deep understanding of the health sector with a strong network of industry partners
  • Strong strategic orientation complemented by negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven influencing abilities, a passion for coaching a highly skilled team towards exceptional client focus, risk assessment, and credit expertise.
  • Impressive business acumen, comprehensive knowledge of credit, risk and a broad exposure to products and services.
  • Preferably, a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce.
