Description:
HOW WILL I HELP?
Working directly with the Head of Data Products Operations & Optimisation, the Executive Manager Records & Privacy Management is to provide Data Platforms stakeholders (and sometimes more broadly across the Group, as required) Line 1 subject matter expertise in relation to records management and privacy management.
This role includes, but is not limited to, the below:
- Be involved in ensuring existing Data Platforms records are properly managed in line with Westpac’s records (including destruction) and privacy policies and standards.
- Be involved in establishing processes, procedures and templates around governing records and privacy for any new Data Platforms records or data platforms solutions.
- Be the single point of contact to the Group records management program for Data Platforms and ensure any requests or requirements are thoroughly and promptly provided to the program.
- Work closely with Line 2 in identifying and developing any guidelines or procedural documents for the Group so that records are managed consistently across the Divisions.
- Work closely with the Group Privacy Office in identifying and developing any guidelines or procedural documents so that privacy is managed consistently across the Divisions.
- Work closely with the Data Product operating model team and the DM-OS teams to ensure records management and privacy aspects are appropriately reflected in their processes and procedures.
