Description:
We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in industrial and employment frameworks to enable the management and development of contemporary workforce management strategies, policies and procedures to mitigate risk, ensure organisational compliance and continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience in providing expert strategic and tactical advice relating to a wide range of workforce issues including employment conditions, change management and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective leadership and management of a team of HR practitioners to ensure performance and the delivery of critical organisational outcomes within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose issues and provide quality advice and solutions to a range of senior stakeholders on complex workforce issues.
- Demonstrated high level ability to build and maintain productive relationships and liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, to achieve expected organisational outcomes.
