Description:

This position serves to engage and onboard communities onto UPlay and increase mindshare of UPlay (White Label). To promote and increase transactions on UPlay through content creation, curation and marketing, targeting communities (B2C) and workers (B2B2Employees). To collect and analyse data to provide insights to understand customers’ needs and wants.

  • Develop contents, implement, and manage social media, advertising, and traditional and digital marketing plans to drive traffic, transactions, promote engagement, and onboarding of members and communities onto our digital platforms/portals.
  • Conduct research and surveys on interests to plan and promote engagement, programmes, and advocacy projects.
  • Support in marketing collateral creation to engage communities and workers campaigns, such as proposal decks and flyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyse content, events, and campaigns ROI.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of all Marketing Communication efforts.
  • Provide support on event conceptualisation, planning, and budgeting.
  • Source for events, programmes, and marketing sponsorship and partnership opportunities for collaboration.
  • Support in the growth of interest groups and ambassadors to increase community engagement and outreach and amplify the voice of the communities for workers and families.
  • Support in PR liaison for key community initiatives.
  • Assist in management and training of interns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Min 2-3 years of experience working in similar role and position.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in social media management, design, written communication skills and editing tools.
  • Possess a can-do attitude, is resilient in a dynamic work environment, and is ready for new challenges.
  • Has proven experience using social media to build brands, generate organic engagement, and grow social communities.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and web and social analytics.
  • Knowledge of photo/video production a plus
