POST SUMMARY:

The Executive Officer, Partnerships and Global Mobility will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Partnerships and Global Mobility Team within Trinity Global. Reporting to the Associate Director, Trinity Global (Partnerships and Global Mobility) the post holder will work with the Associate Director, Trinity Global (Partnerships and Global Mobility), the Partnerships, Networks and Alliances Manager, the Global Mobility Manager and the wider Partnerships and Global Mobility team. This is a varied and challenging role requiring an ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills. They will require the ability to anticipate and deal with problems as they arise, the ability to work well as part of a team, and to work with discretion, initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

This role is not being offered on a permanent basis as Trinity Global will be the subject of an operational review pending the implementation of the next Global strategy. The nature of this employment contract is specified purpose as the function of this role as outlined will be subject to this review and may not continue in its current form. The long-term capacity of the post will be contingent upon the outcome of the review.
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€30,252 - €48,082 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
