Our client is seeking a highly competent Executive Officer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level executive support within a reputable institution. The successful individual will be responsible for monitoring the Branch budget, coordinating comprehensive correspondence, and managing a small administrative team. This role requires a degree of autonomy and the ability to work under limited direction. The position also offers the chance to contribute significantly to the development of key business processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This role requires extensive experience in providing high-level executive support, as well as highly developed research, analytical, and writing skills which enable you to analyse relevant information and data effectively.
- Extensive experience in providing high-level executive support
- Experience in preparing and writing documentation, briefings and other communication memos
- Experience in managing a small team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience
- Ability to liaise with Senior Executives while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- High level verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop key relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in managing budget processes and preparing financial reports

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level executive support to the Executive Director within a dynamic environment. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your research skills by drafting high-quality reports on strategic and operational matters.
- Provide high-level executive support to the ED including diary management, inbox management, travel coordination and records management
- Monitor the Branch budget including expenditure
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of comprehensive correspondence and papers
- Manage a small administrative team that includes accounts payable, tech and travel coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for all enquiries
- Undertake research and gather data to draft high-quality reports on strategic and operational matters for the ED
- Manage communications on behalf of the ED
