Description:

This position supports a busy department where you will be responsible for providing high level Executive Administration Support.
We are seeking an individual who can work at a fast-pace and change directions in an efficient manner.
This is a Full-time Monday-Friday position commencing immediately.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential (SA Gov experience is ideal)
  • National Police Check is required
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be highly organised with strong time management skills will ensure success in this role
  • Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and manage when priorities

  • Prepare letters, correspondence and documentation
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Manage confidential administration documents
  • Prepare budgets and reports
  • Minute taking and action agenda items as required
  • Manage phone and email enquiries
  • Prepare monthly reports and papers
