Description:
We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 1-year contract.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Assistant Manager, the incumbent has the daily responsibility of providing operational support on all talent acquisition matters.
However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in communications or in operations, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment on assigned roles and manage a strong candidate pipeline for open roles through creative resourcing.
- You will attract, engage and guide candidates while ensuring a phenomenal candidate experience.
- You will be responsible for Singapore Pools On-boarding Program, including conducting corporate orientation and office tour.
- You will build great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be a thought partner to business leaders on talent related matters.
- You will support projects that will improve our talent brand and hiring process, support the development and implementation of system, procedures and programs for the continuity of talent building, assist project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of action items, risks, and issues.
- You will consolidate project progress and report on a regular basis, and work with the Service Delivery team to improve on data analytics around headcount reporting as well as other HR metrics.
