Description:
- 4 days part time (32 hours per week)
- Hybrid role - 3 days onsite
- Start ASAP for 3 months
- $65.00 per hour plus super

- Provide high level secretariat support to the board and committees
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High level technical skills in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for providing meeting support to the board and committees including managing diaries and all meeting logistics. You will also be responsible for improving the office functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide meeting support - develop agendas, collate and circulate papers and prepare minutes
- Meeting logistics - travel, accommodation, catering, venue booking etc
- Manage all correspondence and emails
- Maintaining files and documents in SharePoint
- High level stakeholder management
- Ensure the office operates smoothly
