• Previous experience in providing high-level executive and administrative support, with experience editing briefs and reports.

  • A high-level of written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work well with all Brand Reputation Corporate Affairs functions and other business areas.
  • A high level of skill in the use of office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • A proven ability to show initiative and plan ahead.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and evolving requirements.
  • Experience maintaining high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will support the Executive Officer with delivering key outcomes for the organisation.
This is a temporary full-time and office-based position until the end of March 2025.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Diary and email management – this includes managing competing interests and ensuring that managers have the same amount of access and support from the Executive Officer.

  • Pulling together and editing weekly CEO briefs and monthly reports.
  • Collaborating with, and backfilling for, the Business Support Officer as needed.
  • Maintaining an awareness of, and reporting to the Executive Officer, issues, responsibilities, and priorities of the portfolio and business.
  • Working with the Executive Officer, Brand Reputation Corporate Affairs team members and the CEO’s office to manage daily approvals and workflow.
  • Performing general office and safety administration tasks.
