Description:
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working in Customer Advocacy including Executive Sponsorship programs.
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles, with a strong track record of successfully championing and supporting complex projects or programs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to align project objectives with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated proficiency in change management principles and practices, with a focus on driving organizational transformation and adoption.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As an Executive Sponsorship Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing strategic guidance, advocacy, and support for critical initiatives within the organization. As a champion of change, you will foster alignment between project goals and organizational objectives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
This position reports to our Senior Vice President of Customer Success, and the ideal candidate will be located in Denver, CO.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring initiatives support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Advocacy and Support: Serve as the primary advocate and champion for assigned projects or programs, effectively communicating their importance, benefits, and impact to stakeholders across the organization.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, offering insights, resources, and support to overcome challenges and achieve objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure alignment, support, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders while addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Resource Allocation: Work with project managers and department heads to allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, effectively balancing project needs with organizational priorities.
- Change Management: Champion a culture of change and innovation, promoting awareness, acceptance, and adoption of new initiatives through effective change management strategies and communication.
- Communication and Reporting: Ensure clear and transparent communication channels are established and maintained, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
