Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support executive recruiters plus HR stakeholders to identify, plan and execute sourcing strategies for single searches or talent pipelining
  • Identify high quality executive talent not just for current open roles but for the long-term benefit of the bank in particular relating to our diverse representation goals
  • Develop pipelines of external prospects and approach, qualify and evaluate in partnership with the executive recruiter
  • Curate specific market intelligence for routine or ad hoc stakeholder updates
  • Constantly look to move the needle on diversity, ensuring candidate slates are as representative as possible

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sourcing and research experience within executive search firms and/or within corporate executive recruiting teams. Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and complex organisation across multiple client projects in parallel, Strong prioritisation and time management skills, self-directed and results orientated
  • The gravitas and ability to communicate with senior executives and demonstrate world class customer service
  • Strong communicator in meetings, pitches and in creating clear and impactful ppt presentations
  • Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions and evidence to support a common goal
