They are currently looking for an Executive Secretary to CEO to join them. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned

You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
