Description:

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Proficient in office software (MS Office, G Suite) with excellent typing skills.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Meticulous individual with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess professionalism with commercial acumen.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with executive-level responsibilities and corporate etiquette.
  • Experience with handling SGX Listed Companies preferred .
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondences, reports and presentations for executive review.
  • Maintain and organize executive files, documents and confidential information.
  • Preparation of minutes and resolutions for Board and General meetings, take minutes and distribute relevant
  • information to executives.
  • Lodgement of routine and adhoc statutory documents ensuring compliance requirements.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flight reservations, accommodations and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by executives.
  • Manage Corp Pass and be conversant with Companies Act.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage budget tracking for executive expenses.Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
