Description:
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Proficient in office software (MS Office, G Suite) with excellent typing skills.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous individual with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess professionalism with commercial acumen.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with executive-level responsibilities and corporate etiquette.
- Experience with handling SGX Listed Companies preferred .
- Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondences, reports and presentations for executive review.
- Maintain and organize executive files, documents and confidential information.
- Preparation of minutes and resolutions for Board and General meetings, take minutes and distribute relevant
- information to executives.
- Lodgement of routine and adhoc statutory documents ensuring compliance requirements.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flight reservations, accommodations and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by executives.
- Manage Corp Pass and be conversant with Companies Act.
- Prepare expense reports and manage budget tracking for executive expenses.Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
