Job Description
You will support the HR Operations team in the HR Shared Services department.
Office Location:
- 615 Toa Payoh Lorong 4, #07-00 StorHub, Singapore 319516 (till June 2024. Scheduled to move to UBIX in July 2024)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR data administration and operations
- Ensure proper documentation of employee personnel files and records
- Ensure proper update of employee HR data including job and pay changes
- Manage the onboarding and off boarding processes for all employees
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, annual salary increments, confirmation and other employment letters
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly/monthly headcount reports/MOM surveys
- Assist in the preparation/execution of HR initiatives such as Long Service Awards, Annual Health Screening
- Conduct employment reference checks
- Manage Work Pass applications/renewals
- Manage corporate passes, order hampers/wreath and special offers for staff
- Prepare and share staff announcements
- Manage audit and liaison with auditors
- Other ad-hoc tasks/projects
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 or more years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Resourceful with an analytical mind
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Experience in a Shared Services environment and knowledge of Peoplesoft system will be an advantage
- The position may be on permanent or 1 year contract, depends on management’s decision and availability.
