Description:

The Executive/Senior Executive, Human Resource & Admin will provide full-spectrum HR support to the Legendary Hong Kong (LHK) Group. The incumbent will work with LHK’s senior management team daily, whilst reporting to the LHK Managing Director of Operations.
The work location is in Chin Bee Crescent, Jurong.

REQUIREMENTS:-

1) Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
2) At least 1-3 years of HR working experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
3) Experience in HRIS InfoTech and proficient in Microsoft suite
4) Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
5) Good knowledge of prevailing MOM & CPF regulations, local employment laws and HR practices of the Food & Beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Full-spectrum HR administrative function ie recruitment, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance & reward management, implementation of policies, staff discipline & conflict resolution and other HR-related function
2) Process payroll using the Company’s HR Information System, InfoTech and prepare monthly payroll reports & reconciliations as well as annual preparation & submission of IR8As
3) Process the submission of IR21, Work Injury, Maternity leave, CPF, Government and insurance claims
4) Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor work pass quota, familiar with WPOL, EPOL and MyMOM portal
5) Manage the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process for all hires and leavers including all administrative work ie employment contract, work permit management, medical claims, insurance matters, etc
6) Manage and maintain all personnel records in InfoTech as well as electronic p-files
7) Manage performance review exercise and conduct salary review with Company’s Managing Director of Operations
8) Track and enrol employees in mandatory courses in F&B industry as well as the latest PWM courses
9) Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys
10) Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of office operations
