About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal/Executive Principal, including word processing, data base and spreadsheet applications and produce advanced desktop published documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional material, including marketing and communication strategies and initiatives; and in association with key stakeholders assist to develop innovative marketing systems, processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate special events including Awards night, Anzac Day, Graduation ceremonies, Open Day and enrolment information.
  • Manage records and other information resources so that information relevant to the school and its functions is readily available to clients and maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of the school’s website and SharePoint services. Coordinate the production of all school publications and promotional material along with the school newsletter and maintain content for the school’s website to ensure information is accurate and up to date as well as school socials.

About You

  • Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will possess a blend of strong time management and organisational skills, accuracy in data management and the ability to problem-solve using established procedures while holding an understanding of organisational policies and their impact on work.
  • The applicant must also be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks and also be able to manage high pressure environments.
  • These capabilities ensure the candidate is not only able to perform their duties effectively but also contribute to the continuous improvement and success of the school.
  • Highly desirable skill and experience include (but will not limit) One School and corresponding Finance component.
