As an Executive Steward at Sodexo in the Shell Centre, London, Se1 7na, you will provide a warm welcome to Board members, Guests and their Assistants, making that all-important positive first impression. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of hospitality on the executive floors. Ensure all requests are fulfilled to the highest standard whilst proactively planning the daily delivery and checking with the PA`s of any changes.
  • You will use world-class customer service and superb communication skills, to ensure the smooth running of hospitality on the executive floor, delivering coffees, breakfast and lunches, assisting where required in meeting requests from the board members and their guests.
  • Provide delivery of 5-star customer service.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the Executive floors.
  • Set up and serve fine dining lunches/dinners (experience not essential as training will be given)
  • Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
  • Comply with all H&S and Food Safety regulations.
