REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience
  • Proven experience supporting at Chief Financial Officer Level
  • NSW Public Sector experience desirable
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues
  • Ability to work onsite Tuesday to Thursday each week
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

They are currently seeking a enthusiastic and professional Executive Support Officer to join their team in Sydney CBD. You will be required to work part time Tuesday’s to Thursday’s. This is an estimated 3month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Finance and Operations department, you will be required to provide a wide range of executive and administrative support services to the Chief Financial and Operational Officer and team in the achievement of organisational objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as first point of contact on behalf of the Chief Financial and Operational Officer
  • Assess and prioritise requests and enquiries to facilitate the optimal functioning of the finance and operations team
  • Complete diary and travel management
  • Schedule and coordinate board meetings, meetings, workshops, and events
  • Coordination of meeting rooms including arranging equipment, catering and overall presentation
  • Preparation of high-level documentation including correspondence, meeting minutes, agenda’s, briefing notes, board actions, papers, reports and presentation material
  • Undertake financial support including setting up new suppliers, processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Provide onsite front of house reception support on an adhoc basis
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships facilitating partnerships, collaboration, participation, engagement and contribution of idea’s
  • Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Order stationery and maintain office equipment
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
