What you’ll do:

As a Treasury Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s treasury operations. You will be responsible for overseeing payments processing, preparing cashflow statements, maintaining positive cashflow, and performing short/long-term cash investments. Your role will also involve reviewing processes, proposing efficiencies in systems or workflows, participating in ERP implementation processes, maintaining strong banking relationships, and supporting Treasury and Corporate Finance reporting. This role requires a high level of commitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Manage and oversee payments processing, ensuring adherence to payment terms and internal controls
• Prepare daily/weekly cashflow statements, tracking incoming and outgoing cash for each bank account
• Maintain positive cashflow and perform short/long-term cash investment for cost optimisation
• Review processes and propose efficiencies in systems or workflow to close control gaps
• Involve in ERP implementation process, perform user test, give comment when necessary
• Maintain good banking relationship and treat them as valued business partner
• Support Treasury and Corporate Finance reporting and any other Treasury activities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Treasury Executive role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar role. You should possess an accounting qualification & degree (any level), preferably in finance. Knowledge of treasury operations (back or front office) is essential. A strong command of written and verbal English is required along with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Your ability to negotiate with external parties will be key to your success in this role.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a progressively growing capacity
• Accounting qualification & degree (any level), preferably in finance
• Knowledge of treasury operations (back or front office)
• Knowledge of bank borrowings facilities features is preferred
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Excellent time management and prioritization skillset
• Negotiation ability with external parties
