ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the President of Telecoms & Media, the EVP Software Delivery will have overall global responsibility for all software development and delivery associated with Hansen Telecoms & Media product lines.
The EVP Software Delivery will be responsible for managing and mentoring several Product GMs, with a total workforce of circa 800 employees. Your team will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, including client services & support, SaaS operations, project activity, product lifecycle, and collaborating with account management, sales team & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to align current and future work priorities.
This role will require strategic oversight and leadership while consistently achieving high benchmarks of customer and client satisfaction, operational efficiency, staff effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and industry alignment / engagement.
