Aufgaben
For our headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for responsible and committed employees for the position Expansion Manager.
As an expansion manager, you will prepare location and potential analyses within our expansion area.
You acquire suitable locations and take over the negotiations for the necessary contracts.
You maintain contact with developers, brokers, investors and other decision-makers.
You are focused on expansion targets
Qualifikation

What you bring

• You have a degree in business administration, real estate management or have a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You have experience with construction measures, construction planning and building rentals
• You have an affinity for the hospitality industry
• You have very good negotiation and communication skills
• You are used to speak German and English fluently
