Our Remanufacturing department repairs and restores old parts to the specifications of the original manufactured product using a combination of “reused, repaired, and new parts”.
Repairs are performed to the highest possible standards and remanufactured
parts are subjected to rigorous testing to ensure they function as good as new.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced hands-on Site Manager to oversee our plant operations in Bulgaria.

The Site Manager will oversee all aspects of the plant operations, including remanufacturing, maintenance, quality control, safety, and personnel management. The successful candidate will ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and comply with company policies and regulations. This foundation will play an important role in driving the growth and success of our site.

• Operational Leadership: We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the plant by demonstrating strong listening skills and empathy, actively seeking input and feedback from team members, and ensuring their voices are heard and respected. You also develop and implement plans to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and maximize output.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement plans to optimize our processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that remanufactured products meet or exceed industry standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness and implement measures to minimize workplace hazards and accidents.
