Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree / Engineering graduate
- Min 7-8 years of experience
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to
- Follow Up for PO acknowledgements
- Notify Procurement and Project Manager in case of any discrepancies / comments.
- Chase plan for the submittal of documents & delivery from vendor
- Uploading documents received from Vendors
- In case if the vendor submittal is not done by the vendor in the required format, Expeditor shall immediately reject the received
- documents and demand as per requested format.
- Review and submit received vendor documents for engineering / QA review internally.
- Liaise with Document controller / Project Manager to prepare the submittal to Vendor
