Expense Management Analyst

Acuity Knowledge Partners is seeking an Analyst join the Private Markets team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented individual who is comfortable performing a variety of administrator functions for the client expenses team.

YOUR ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar career.
2.0-4 years of finance-related experience would be ideal.
3.English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
4.Experience working with Concur and/or Workday.
5.High proficiency in Excel , Word and other Microsoft office programs.

SKILLS THAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Must maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment and company information.
• Acute attention to accuracy and detail.
• Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
• Must be able to meet department goals.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines.
• Familiarity with investment partnership reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills and financial statement knowledge.
• Capital markets knowledge; desirable.

AS A PRIVATE MARKETS ANALYST IN ACUITY KNOWLEDGE PARTNERS, SOME OF YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE TO:

• Expense report creation.
• Expense allocation.
• Expense and corporate card reconciliations.
• Chasers for missing receipts.
• Validation of expenses as per client policies and guidelines.
• Communication with onshore support teams.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks.

SOME OF YOUR GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

1.Implement and act in accordance with Acuity Knowledge Partners’ Information Security Policy.
2.Identify risks when working with external parties.
3.Ensure information security when dealing with customers.
