Description:

Job Title:
Experience Designer (Senior)
Job Description
The Design team culture within Catalyst is fundamentally human-centric. We strive to build a workplace experience that is both safe and supportive, enabling our designers to bring their best selves into their work. As consultants, we bring our human-centered approach to our projects, focusing on both client goals as well as their users’ goals. Our work is intentional, and we believe that intention should be reflected in our internal culture.
Catalyst Design has deep expertise in omnichannel, brand, product, and platform design, and specializes in tech, transportation, healthcare, telecom, retail, loyalty, and more. As a large and growing part of Concentrix, we are expanding our impact to an even broader portfolio of clients, industries, and solutions.
We are looking for passionate, quick-thinking designers to join our growing Design team. As a design consultant, you will use your skills to identify and solve business and human problems. You will work closely with small, tight-knit teams, and build your craft by being exposed to a variety of clients and projects – from pure human-centered research, discovery, and experience strategy, to working inside Agile development teams to deliver usable, delightful, and innovative UI.
This role is remote and based in the U.S., and you will be part of a global community that includes designers in London, Buenos Aires, Sydney, and Dubai – just a few of our international locations.
When you join Catalyst Design, you will be aligned with a Guild that best matches your skills and interests, along with your manager and fellow Guild members. A Guild provides executive oversight, shared expertise, and dedicated capability leadership in specific solutions, industries, methods, and deliverables. As you develop your design consulting expertise, you may align to different Guilds. Project assignments are never limited to your Guild alignment, and we strive to create opportunities for collaboration across our entire global Design community.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • A growth mindset and proven ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Humble collaborators who know what superpowers they bring to a team while also appreciating and leveraging others’ strengths
  • Flexible and interdisciplinary thinkers driven to understand the real problem worth solving and solving it the best way possible
  • A strong and diverse portfolio that both effectively communicates your design thought process and decision making and demonstrates your craft skills.
  • Expertise with design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe, Sketch, and InVision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience planning & facilitating productive workshops (in person & remote)
If you are looking for an opportunity to bring your vision to life all while building a portfolio with top brands, drop us a resume and portfolio link.
