Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship: Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge, design skills, and context to enhance their skills.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional squads to identify customer-aligned opportunities and conceptualize solutions for delivery.
  • Active Participation: Contribute actively in workshops and co-design sessions to support ideation and define future directions.
  • Storytelling Skills: Develop storytelling abilities to communicate design rationale during problem-solving and cross-functional refinement.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Make discreet design decisions while sharing work for feedback and ensuring consistent quality outcomes.
  • Research Collaboration: Work with research and data teams to inform research briefs and gain actionable insights using various methodologies.
  • Support Senior Designers: Assist senior designers with research recruitment, testing sessions, and analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Inform design workflows and process enhancements to create design deliverables and documentation.
  • Design Systems Collaboration: Actively engage with the design systems team to improve component libraries and workflows
