REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in the work area especially in semiconductor industry.
- Sound knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (including bump- and packaging-processes).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methods and quality management processes (e.g. PCRB, MRB, FMEA, iCAR/8D, internal/external audits).
- Experience with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- As part of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team you will ensure business process execution according to our standards for e.g. PCRB, MRB, FMEA, iCAR/8D.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional local and global teams.
- Perform statistical analysis and utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
- Use key performance indicators (KPI) to measure performance against defined targets.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices related to semiconductor quality assurance.
